Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwiches and Salad. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
- Requisition Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have everything we need to deliver exceptional service.
- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train our kitchen staff to ensure they are equipped to prepare and serve our menu items to the highest standards.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service to ensure it meets our high standards.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure we are operating efficiently.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on kitchen operations and performance.
- Standing for Extended Periods: Be able to stand for long periods of time, often in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
- Work Term: Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
