Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team at SRA Bonnyville Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are washed and sanitized, and assisting with food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes, including dishwashers, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, slicing, and trimming foodstuffs.
- Stocking and Inventory: Restock refrigerators and salad bars, and handle and store cleaning products.
- Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and free of clutter.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Work Environment: The kitchen environment can be fast-paced and physically demanding.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
