Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Panago Pizza Gibsons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department, including supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:
  • 30 hours per week.
  • Permanent work term.
  • Work language: English.
