Job SummaryThe Building Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' properties, including apartments, condominium complexes, and cleaning service companies.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
- Stocking and Organization: Stock linen closets and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Customer Service: Provide basic information to customers, address their complaints or concerns, and ensure a positive experience.
- Security and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
- Work Setting: Apartment/condominium complex, cleaning service company, or similar environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
