  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze and resolve quality-related issues, improving supplier quality and reducing costs.
  • Advise on strategic decisions regarding supplier selection, development, and relationship management.
  • Ensure compliance with AS9100 and other relevant industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Supplier Quality Engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 and other relevant industry standards.
