Job Title: Account Chief Technologist

The Chief Technologist is responsible for driving the company's technology strategy and ensuring the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's technology strategy to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Oversee IT operations, software development, and infrastructure management to ensure seamless technology delivery.
  • Lead the adoption of new technologies to enhance business performance and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data to protect the company's assets.
  • Collaborate with other executives to align technology with business objectives and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Manage technology budgets and optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Lead and mentor the technology team to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Chief Technologist or in a senior technology leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience in strategic planning and technology innovation.
