Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Service Technician to join our team at Komatsu. As a Technical Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers on site, researching and troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers on site, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Research and troubleshoot complex technical problems, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless handovers and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
