Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at Advantage Solutions Inc. in a Part-Time capacity. As a Merchandising Team Lead, you will be responsible for executing merchandising plans, building relationships with store management, and ensuring timely reporting of reset execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandising Execution: Execute merchandising plans, including resets and relines, to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with store management, area managers, and assigned merchandisers to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
  • Reporting and Communication: Timely electronic reporting of reset execution and work hours to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation to one or multiple local locations to ensure timely execution of merchandising plans.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/remain on feet for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50+ pounds to ensure safe and efficient execution of merchandising tasks.
  • Technical Requirements: Comfortable working with smartphone-type technology to ensure accurate and timely reporting of reset execution.
  • Experience: Prior grocery or big box store retail merchandising experience preferred, with planogram experience a plus.
