Bakery Artisan

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Artisan to join our team at Twists and More. As a key member of our baking department, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

• Dough Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes according to recipes or special customer orders.
• Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure seamless production.
• Baking and Decoration: Bake mixed dough and batters, prepare special orders, frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet our high standards.
• Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure the quality of products meets established standards.
• Machinery Operation: Operate machinery safely and efficiently to support bakery operations.

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Work Experience: 1-7 months of experience in a similar role, with a focus on baking and customer service.
• Language: English language proficiency.
• Availability: 30-40 hours per week.
