Product Development Lead

The Product Owner will play a crucial role in driving the success of our product development teams. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that product features are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Product Vision and Roadmap
- Determine product requirements by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap, outlining key milestones and deliverables.
- Create clear and concise user stories, defining product features and requirements.
- Prioritize user stories based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Ensure adherence to agile principles and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Foster strong relationships with development teams, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide guidance and support to teams as needed to ensure successful product delivery.
- 8-10+ years of experience in product ownership or a related field.
- Seasoned agile practitioner with expertise in Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A minimum of a degree-level education or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- SAFE or Agile certification.
- Experience working with feature development and support squads.
- A knowledge of current and emerging technologies.
- SAFE framework and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of UX and CX.
- Wireframing and rapid prototyping.
- QA and UAT practices.
- Use of analytics to drive product enhancements.
- Skilled negotiator and proven track record of dealing with senior-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience of a commercial mindset.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to adapt to the needs of specific audiences.
- Solid time management, planning, and prioritization skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Solid organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Resilience, with the ability to adapt under changing business priorities.
- Ability to continue to learn and develop.
