Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Piccadilly Indian Cuisine Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, maintaining up-to-date records and providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
