In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Salesforce implementations for Enterprise-level projects. Your expertise in Apex, Visual Force Pages, Salesforce Lightning Components, and Integration Patterns will be essential in driving business success.

  • Performs multiple Salesforce implementations for Enterprise-level projects.
  • Must be well-versed in Apex, Visual Force Pages, Salesforce Lightning Components, and Integration Patterns.
  • Must have experience working with middleware products or have a good understanding of Talend, Jitterbit, Informatica, Mulesoft, etc.
  • Supports the business team in the proper use of Salesforce by focusing on configuration rather than customization.
  • Investigates failures, performs root cause analysis, and utilizes internal defect tracking tools to create detailed, high-quality error reports.
  • Works with cross-team product owners, developers, and test engineers to support QA processes.
  • Uses and advises on best practices for implementing the Salesforce platform.
  • Must be familiar with integrating Salesforce with other cloud-based application systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Must have experience working on Sales and Service Cloud or Financial Service Cloud.
  • Performs thorough test planning and writes test cases that cover all areas, identifies missing test scenarios, and refines existing automation.

    Do you have the skills to succeed in this role?

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Salesforce platform and overall 10+ years of experience in Enterprise systems.
    • Experience in Financial Services Cloud (desired).
    • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
    • Hands-on experience with tools like Data Loader, Talend.
    • Knowledge of deployment processes and release pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket/Git).
    • Experience with Salesforce DX (desired, not required).
    • Good understanding of packaged-based deployments, Metadata API, and Ant.
    • A minimum of 1+ year experience with Salesforce Lightning Components and Aura Framework.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
    • Experience in agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban.
    • At least 3 or more certifications on Salesforce from the following before joining (certifications will be checked and validated):
    • Salesforce Developer 1
    • Salesforce Developer 2
    • Salesforce Platform App Builder
    • Salesforce Administrator
    • Sales Cloud Consultant
