About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Affinity Group. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our back-office applications and working closely with senior leaders to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Elicitation and Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive requirements documentation, presentations, and information items for various stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  2. Test Strategy and Planning: Design and implement test strategies, plans, and coordinate testing activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  3. Technical Writing and Communication: Create and edit detailed, accurate, and clear technical and end-user materials, including reports and documentation.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate discussions with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, document knowledge, and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.
  5. Metrics and KPI Development: Coordinate the development and implementation of metrics and KPIs to measure business performance.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
  2. Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications for data integration and reports in a complex environment.
  3. Previous experience in eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements documentation.
  4. Excellent communication and facilitation skills to communicate complex issues effectively to all levels of the organization.
  5. Ability to navigate and build strong relationships in a large, complex multi-enterprise environment.
  6. Proven history of being a conceptual thinker with excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and consulting skills.
  7. Ability to build cooperative working relationships with co-workers and clients to ensure credibility and confidence in services provided.
  8. Ability to build capacity in client's knowledge and ability to use and apply services.
  9. Previous experience in developing test strategies, and plans and coordinating testing activities.
  10. Experience and a clear understanding of project management processes.
  11. Previous experience with organizational change management.
  12. Previous experience in the health sector.
  13. Possesses a Certified Business Analysis Professional designation.
  14. Possesses a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science.
  15. Willingness to work from the corporate office.
