About the Role

At Pomerleau, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. This key position plays a vital role in managing and developing the logistics operations of our Sainte-Catherine center for large-scale building and infrastructure construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the operations of the Sainte-Catherine logistics center with various team leaders in maintenance, yard operations, warehouse, goods receiving/shipping, and transportation to ensure equipment and inventories are delivered on time.
  • Develop and monitor standard operating procedures for all our logistics centers.
  • Train, advise, and coach yard and warehouse employees in their daily tasks.
  • Collaborate with regional coordinators, equipment coordinators, and team leaders in other logistics centers to meet our customers' needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics operations management or similar relevant experience.
  • At least 8 years' experience in operations management.
  • Familiarity with Office suite and ERP systems.
  • Bilingualism (English and French), both spoken and written.
  • Mobility and willingness to travel occasionally to Quebec City and/or St-Georges.
