Our Wellness Programs Specialist plays a critical role in delivering high-quality wellness programs to our members.

This role is responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering group fitness classes and individual conditioning programs
  • Providing coaching and guidance to staff and volunteers
  • Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field, such as kinesiology or physical education
  • Experience in group fitness instruction and program development
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
