Rental Service Supervisor Job Description

H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD is seeking a skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Rental Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rental agency, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary skills and training to perform their tasks.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, including retail salespersons and sales clerks.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good condition and easily accessible.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail or rental agency setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and heavy workloads.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
