Job Title: Car Wash Attendant - Exterior Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team at The Car Washing Company. As an Exterior Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and shine of our clients' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate advanced cleaning machines to remove dirt, grime, and other substances from vehicle exteriors
  • Clean wheels, tires, and wheel wells to ensure a like-new appearance
  • Apply protective coatings and waxes to maintain vehicles' showroom shine
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction with every interaction

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in automotive repair or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in car washing or related industry; ability to learn and master new techniques quickly
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy equipment, and maneuver in tight spaces

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
