About the Role

MIWE Canada Inc is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. This permanent position offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing operational logistics, planning and organizing tasks, coordinating activities with other departments, and maintaining inventory.

We require the ability to determine shipment methods, keep track of shipments, and provide excellent customer service. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Plan and organize shipments, determining the most cost-effective methods
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain operations or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
