Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at Taste of India. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to our guests.
  • Present bills to customers and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to our guests and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide personalized service.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with our kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads, as required.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
