We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Millwright to join our Operational Maintenance team in Milton. This role offers a continental rotating shift schedule with 12-hour shifts rotating from day to night weekly.

You will be responsible for providing essential mechanical and technical support to the production line, optimizing production efficiency and product quality. This includes conducting repairs, replacements, preventive, and predictive maintenance on machinery and equipment.

As a Mechanical Maintenance Millwright, you will work closely with other trades and contractors to ensure smooth operations. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical equipment, safety protocols, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a valid Ontario Millwright Licence 433A and have a minimum of 5 years of valid heavy industrial experience and/or completed an Apprenticeship program in Canada. You will also need to be proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mechanical and technical support to the production line
  • Conduct repairs, replacements, preventive, and predictive maintenance on machinery and equipment
