About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director, Client Operations to join our team at Resolute Digital, a Weber Shandwick Company. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for driving excellence in client operations and ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Operations Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to client operations teams, ensuring the effective management of client relationships and the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Program Management: Lead the development and implementation of program strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for client programs, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop a team of client operations professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure team success.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of professional experience in client operations, program management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
