We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Synchrony Pharmacy. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Enter incoming orders for pharmacy services and inform customers of receipt, pricing, shipping dates, and delays.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide prompt responses to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Sort, correlate, and distribute copies obtained from fax machines.
- Review and verify customer and order information for correctness.
- Assist in the preparation and shipment of orders to designated locations.
- Check inventory records to determine availability of requested merchandise.
- Meet Expectations of Excellence for position and support company goals.
Qualifications:
- Proficient math skills and computer knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
- Able to sit for long periods of time and available to work overtime.
- Knowledge of medical language and abbreviations.
- Detail-oriented and high school diploma or equivalent required.
