We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Synchrony Pharmacy. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Enter incoming orders for pharmacy services and inform customers of receipt, pricing, shipping dates, and delays.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide prompt responses to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Sort, correlate, and distribute copies obtained from fax machines.
  • Review and verify customer and order information for correctness.
  • Assist in the preparation and shipment of orders to designated locations.
  • Check inventory records to determine availability of requested merchandise.
  • Meet Expectations of Excellence for position and support company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient math skills and computer knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Able to sit for long periods of time and available to work overtime.
  • Knowledge of medical language and abbreviations.
  • Detail-oriented and high school diploma or equivalent required.
