  • Collaborate with the parts department to load trucks and sea containers with finished goods, adhering to safety protocols and efficiency standards.
  • Inspect crates and bundles for damage during the loading process, maintaining high-quality control standards.
  • Assist in inventory counting and management as required, ensuring accurate records and minimal discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Load and unload machines on and off trailers, as well as handle large and small material handling equipment.
  • Operate a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, wheel loaders, and small forklifts, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
  • Physical fitness to manually handle goods, steel, and products, with a focus on safety and ergonomics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
  • Good attendance and punctuality, with a focus on reliability and accountability.
  • Ability to perform work-related duties in a safe and competent manner, even in adverse conditions such as extreme heat, cold, or slippery surfaces.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with a focus on physical stamina and endurance.
