About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Salon Attendant to join our team at Seoulstyl Hair Inc. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shampoo and style clients' hair to the highest standards
  • Clean and maintain the salon's equipment and work areas
  • Provide a warm welcome and farewell to clients, ensuring their needs are met
  • Perform reception and clerical duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position working in a busy barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.

Requirements:

  • Efficient interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical stamina to perform the demands of the role
