About Us:
Dentalcorp Canada, a leading provider of dental care services in the Kingston area, seeks an experienced Dental Hygienist to join our team. Located in the heart of Kingston, our modern practice is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through personalized treatment plans and state-of-the-art technology.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a strong background in preventative hygiene services, with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate services for patient care. They will be responsible for performing all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services, including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients.
In addition to their technical skills, our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients' expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate services for patient care
- Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services, including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients
- Serve as an oral health educator, introducing new preventative techniques and counseling patients
- Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients' expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behavior
Requirements:
- Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution
- Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with provincial licensing
- Valid CPR certification
