At Vail Resorts, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores. As a Year Round Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our team to success, providing top-notch service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily store operations, ensuring seamless performance and budget management
  • Train and develop employees in POS system operation, product knowledge, and guest service
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in leadership forums to drive store performance and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; business training or education preferred
  • 1-3 years of retail supervisor experience; ski industry experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, multitasking and managing multiple customers
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
