Construction Site Operations Supervisor

ASL Energy is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Site Operations Supervisor to join our team.
We offer competitive compensation packages, including a salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs a Construction Site Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our construction sites, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising a team of 3-4 workers and providing technical guidance and support as needed.
- Developing and implementing plans to improve productivity and product quality.
- Maintaining accurate records of production and other reports.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and conducting regular site inspections to identify potential hazards.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory position or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
