Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to ensure seamless guest experiences, from arrival to departure.
- Monitor and analyze service/satisfaction data to inform action planning and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in cost control efforts and overall profitability initiatives.
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
- Recruit and train new team members, ensuring they meet our high standards of service excellence.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Front Office role, with 1 year in a leadership position.
- Post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to supervise, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Proficiency in hotel systems, such as Opera PMS, is an asset.
