Mr. Convenience is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our team at the retail store level. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven individual who can motivate and guide our sales teams to achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Teams: Supervise and direct the sales teams to ensure they are meeting performance goals and providing excellent customer service.
  • Order Merchandise: Plan and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Authorize Returns: Process returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining store policies.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage employee schedules to meet business needs, ensuring adequate staffing during peak periods.
  • Sell Merchandise: Promote and sell products to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other problems that may arise, providing effective solutions and maintaining a positive store environment.
  • Organize Inventory: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, preventing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supervise Employees: Mentor and develop sales teams, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
Work Environment

This role is a permanent position, working approximately 30-40 hours per week. Fluency in English is required. We offer a competitive salary of $43,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
