Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise Food Service Staff: Lead and train a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Train Staff in Job Duties: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure efficient meal preparation.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
- Ensure Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and service to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain Records: Accurately record stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
- Supervise Delivery of Food Trolleys: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of food trolleys to meet customer demand.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 1-2 people.
