Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Editorial Policies

Develop and implement editorial policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of content across all our publications.

Lead the Newsroom Team

Manage and motivate a team of experienced journalists and editors to produce engaging and informative content.

Plan and Manage Production Schedules

Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of content.

Monitor Budgets and Revenues

Oversee the preparation and management of budgets and revenues to ensure financial stability and growth.

Review and Improve Editorial Processes

Regularly review and improve editorial processes to ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Education

A degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field is required.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a news department management role is required.

Skills

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
