Therapy Assistant

About the Role
The Therapy Assistant will work closely with therapists to develop and implement treatment plans for residents at Stockley Center. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist therapists in planning, implementing, and administering activities and providing instruction.
- Confer with therapists and other staff to discuss and evaluate individual's information for planning, modifying, or coordinating treatment.
- Provide support in developing treatment plans and conducting evaluations.
Requirements
- Knowledge of therapy practices and record keeping.
- Depending on job assignment, possession of a Delaware Occupational Therapy Assistant license, Registered Delaware Physical Therapy Assistant, or eligibility for registration.
