Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Games Room Technician to join our team at Cineplex. As a Games Room Technician, you will be responsible for the daily operations and service of our entertainment facilities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance on all entertainment equipment, including troubleshooting, cleaning, and repairing games and other equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing and resolving any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining the presentation and working condition of the entertainment room equipment, ensuring it meets our high standards.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels of supplies for all game locations and game areas, ensuring that all stations are fully equipped at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Ensure that the facility consistently meets standards throughout daily operations, including ensuring that all stations are fully equipped at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, onsite management, and Cineplex management to ensure seamless operations and address any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Technical experience and knowledge of entertainment equipment is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
