The Senior Analyst, System Support is a key role at SaskEnergy, responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday HRMS. This involves working closely with various departments to ensure the system meets the organization's needs and that internal processes and systems are following policies, union agreements, and legislative and regulatory requirements.

Position Details

  • This is a permanent, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
  • Develop processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness of information systems, ensuring internal processes and systems are in compliance with policies, union agreements, and legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support and training to end-users.
  • Perform subject matter expert role on project teams in the development of system requirements for new applications, features, or modules, as well as upgrades and enhancements to existing applications or modules.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Workday system.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
  • Three (3) years experience working with integrated information systems and databases, including analytics and advanced reporting tools.
  • Experience using the Workday HRMS would be an asset.
  • Ability to work on a team while building and maintaining effective relationships.
