Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Associate Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will possess two to five years of litigation experience, with a focus on Creditors' Rights law and enforcement of Judgements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend court and represent clients in litigation matters
  • Enforce Judgements and handle Creditors' Rights cases
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve case goals
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of litigation experience
  • Experience attending court and enforcing Judgements
  • Strong oral and verbal communication skills
  • Member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in mortgage enforcement matters
  • French speaking skills
