About the Role

As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for leading a team of framers in creating custom framing solutions for our customers. You will assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, develop and coach the team's selling behaviors, and lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other store staff to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and execute inventory management processes, shrink and safety programs, and participate in truck unloading and stocking processes.
