Job Description
The Senior Learning Systems Integrator will play a critical role in driving the integration of combat and platform systems for sailors who will join the River Class Destroyer fleet. This involves working closely with subject matter experts to develop media and technology-based content that meets the needs of our learners and supports the success of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training solutions that meet the high-level organizational needs of our customers
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that our training solutions are effective and efficient
- Continuously evaluate and improve our training solutions to meet the changing needs of our learners and customers
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field such as education, instructional design, or a related field
- Experience in designing and developing training solutions using a range of media and technology tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
