**Job Overview**
The Operations Manager is a critical position that requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills. This individual will be responsible for managing frontline employees, ensuring their success, and maintaining positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Ensuring new frontline employees have the necessary tools, instruction, and feedback for successful daily duties.
- Developing: Providing timely and consistent touchpoints with frontline employees to enhance daily performance.
- Counseling: Identifying and addressing improvement opportunities and collaborating with frontline employees to ensure continued success.
- Mentoring: Leading by example to ensure safety practices are paramount with each employee.
- Accountability: Conducting root cause investigations for all injuries and incidents and documenting required records.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
