Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Treehouse Montessori. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young students.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging and educational programs for children aged [insert age range]. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our students receive the highest quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement educational programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
  • Assess children's development and create individualized learning plans
  • Supervise and support the development of children's skills and abilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or equivalent
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) or Child Development Worker (ECE Level 2) certification
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Montessori Early Childhood Teacher Certificate
  • Basic security clearance and vulnerable sector check
