We are seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Apollo Health & Beauty Care Inc.


The primary responsibilities of this role include calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and maintaining general ledgers and financial statements.


The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and relevant experience in bookkeeping and financial management.


Key qualifications include attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.


The work schedule for this position is 30 hours per week, and the position is permanent.


The language of work is English.


Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Post journal entries.
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
  • Prepare trial balance of books.
  • Reconcile accounts.
