A career as a Senior Director, Information Security Strategy means playing a pivotal role in optimizing portfolio management and prioritizing the bank's information security initiatives in alignment with best practices. This position involves contributing to the strategic vision, defining new approaches, and optimally managing information security projects. Additionally, you will contribute to the bank's transformation in capacity management and execution performance.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic planning and cross-functional vision for information security initiatives.
- Coordinate, prioritize, and manage the interdependencies of various initiatives across different information security teams and departments.
- Monitor, measure, and communicate the health status of the information security portfolio.
- Manage the budget for the information security project portfolio and provide recommendations to various decision-making bodies.
- Ensure communication and appropriate change management with stakeholders on safety priorities and progress.
- Optimize the use of portfolio resources to achieve sector objectives, in line with the bank's key priorities.
- Represent the information security sector in bank-wide portfolio governance forums.
- Consolidate and harmonize all security strategies within the sector into a unified and understandable framework.
- Establish a common practice within the team, encompassing communication and change management activities.
