Caregiver Liaison Specialist

As a Caregiver Liaison Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the overall well-being of our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily tasks, contributing to the development of personalized care plans, and providing emotional support and companionship.

The following are some of the key responsibilities of the Caregiver Liaison Specialist:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  
• Contribute to the development of personalized care plans based on resident needs and preferences
  
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of belonging and connection
  
• Distribute medication as needed, ensuring accurate and timely administration
  
• Respond to emergency situations, prioritizing resident safety and well-being
  
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:

• 
  
• Completion of a PDSB training program
  
• Current CPR/AED certification and first aid training
  
• Law 90 training (an asset)

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 10/14 night shifts with one weekend shift per two-week period. We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
