We are seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead our Sonar manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing production planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production schedules, coordinating workflow between departments, tracking production performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will also oversee hydrostatic pressure and hydroacoustic testing of finished products and collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications.
A Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred, and at least 5 years of experience in production management is required. Familiarity with industry standards for testing and manufacturing processes is essential.
