Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects: Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that employees are working safely and following company policies.
  • Prepare production and other reports: Analyze data and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train or arrange for training: Provide guidance and support to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes: Coordinate the movement of vehicles and personnel to ensure efficient delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel: Ensure safe and efficient operation of our transportation systems.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities: Plan and coordinate the work of teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 11-15 people and ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to do their jobs effectively. You will also be responsible for coordinating repairs and rentals, requisitioning materials and equipment, and ensuring that all activities are carried out in a secure and safe manner.
