We are seeking a skilled Butcher - Meat Cutter to join our team at AL - MEDINA HALAL MEAT INC.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for sale, as well as supervising other butchers and meat cutters. If you have a passion for working with meat and a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Cut and prepare meats for sale, including cutting carcasses, sides, and quarters.
- Supervise other butchers and meat cutters to ensure high-quality products.
- Train new staff members on meat cutting and preparation techniques.
- Prepare special orders and displays of meats, poultry, and fish products.
- Operate equipment such as band saws, manual cutting utensils, and power grinders.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a butcher shop or meat cutting environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality products.
