As a Shift Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Training and developing team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide great customer service.
  • Managing cash handling and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Conducting walk-throughs to ensure the restaurant is ready to open and close, and that all areas are clean and organized.
  • Working with the Restaurant Management team to develop and communicate with team members in a way that maximizes retention.
  • Supervising and coordinating the execution of operations tasks and ensuring compliance with all Company policies.
  • Partnering with the Restaurant Management team to identify opportunities for optimizing efficiencies and maximizing profitability.
  • Resolving guest-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
