Job Title: Senior Bookkeeper

NVS Connect Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Senior Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
Work Environment:

The Senior Bookkeeper will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently with attention to detail.
