Join Our Team as a Beauty Advisor

Holt Renfrew is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales through expert product knowledge and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make tailored product recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through regular communication, product knowledge, and exceptional service.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, floor recovery, and other sales support tasks to maintain a high level of store presentation.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a commission-based sales environment, preferably in a luxury retail setting.
