About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Carl's Jr. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
  • Operate dishwashers and washing machines to ensure dishes, glassware, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized.
  • Prepare and package take-out food, as well as heat and finish simple food items.
  • Stock refrigerators, salad bars, and other storage areas with food and supplies.
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit for preparation.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Reliability and dependability in meeting deadlines and commitments.
