Job Title: Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at GB Emmet Holdings Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the food services department, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of food service staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the food services department, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food services management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

Our food services department operates in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and high-quality food products. As a Food Services Manager, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks to rest and recharge.
